SPRINGERLE
Springerle is a centuries-old traditional cookie from Austria, Germany and Switzerland. It's a 2-day process to make these in the traditional way, and I use original designs from ancient cookie molds to produce these beauties.Springerle Cookies, traditional Anise

GINGERBREAD
Gingerbread has been made for hundreds of years. It's not only a holiday tradition, but it's a delicious choice any time of year.Honey Gingerbread
One pound of gingerbread cookies as they're made in Europe, with honey. I use an authentic recipe and local honey along with a combination of spices that produces a sweet and mild form of this classic.

Molasses Gingerbread
Molasses and a range of spices give this cookie a spicy gingerbread flavor. A sweet glaze on either the front or back gives just a little sweetness to balance the spice. This cookie is addictive. One pound of cookies.

SPECULAAS
These traditional Dutch cookies are the type many of us remember as "Windmill" cookies, a crispy cookie tasting of spices and brown sugar. Mine are made using a mold carved hundreds of years ago in Germany with designs all of local animals. I can't decide if I like the ram or the cat best...or maybe the pig with his curly tail....Traditional European Speculaas
One pound of these crispy, spicy cookies are reminiscent of the Dutch "windmill cookies" you may have had in the past. These cookies are from whimsical molds of animals, people, and common items from years ago.
