I love to bake, and have since I was a little girl watching my grandmother whip up cakes and pies without any recipes. She was an incredible baker, and I've inherited the love of taking great ingredients and making something delicious and and special out of them.

I've always been drawn to traditional, historic designs and my baking is no different. From the first time I saw cookies made with traditional European molds, I was hooked. I make a variety of traditional European cookies, all using traditional recipes and original, molded designs - some date back to the 1600s. And every time I make a cookie I think about those people centuries ago baking the same cookies I bake today!
