I love baking, but most of all baking beautiful, traditional, historic cookies. There’s something about reviving the lost - or perhaps not lost but surely disappearing - art of baking traditional cookies from around the world that are made with historic carved molds and designs. My specialty is European recipes and designs baked with robust flavors and enhanced with touches of edible paint. Each cookie is individually hand crafted from making the dough, molding the cookie, baking, glazing or painting. And each one is made with care and attention by me so that it looks beautiful and tastes amazing.
